1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jelibd ("jelibd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jelibd.net and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the jelibd platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jelibd platform and close any account you may have opened. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. jelibd reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

jelibd may make these Terms available in summary form or plain-language summaries for convenience; however, in the event of any conflict between a summary and the full Terms, the full Terms shall prevail. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with jelibd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jelibd or any affiliated entity, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You are not self-excluded from any gambling platform or registered with any gambling exclusion scheme.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

Age Verification Process

jelibd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all accounts. Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. jelibd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any point, including but not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jelibd will result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is complete.

Players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh — across all eight divisions of Bangladesh — are subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements without exception.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of jelibd services, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You warrant that all information you provide to jelibd — at registration and at any subsequent time — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active jelibd account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or a different identity, is a violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts. Any bonus funds, winnings, or balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, you must contact the jelibd support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other individual to access or use your account. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility. jelibd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

jelibd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security. You must notify jelibd immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Accurate Information

You must promptly update your account information if any details change, including your residential address, contact number, or payment method details. Providing false or misleading information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and potential forfeiture of funds.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

jelibd accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jelibd does not accept cryptocurrency payments. Payment method availability may vary based on your location and account verification status.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposits, although jelibd reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence measures to large deposits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jelibd account within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. jelibd does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jelibd bears no responsibility.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account that belongs to another individual is prohibited. jelibd may return funds to their source and suspend your account if a third-party deposit is detected.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a successful deposit, unless otherwise approved by the jelibd compliance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) hour. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

jelibd reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts that have not completed the KYC verification process. Outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jelibd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, and ICC cricket tournaments. The availability, terms, and duration of each promotion are published on the relevant promotional page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotional page.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the promotional period specified. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• jelibd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting any bonus funds already credited to player accounts.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process after wagering requirements have been met.
• If jelibd determines that a player is abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage, or collusion — jelibd reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any derived winnings, and suspend or close the account.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that a player who receives a ৳1,000 bonus must place total wagers of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements; details are published on each promotional page.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your use of the jelibd platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information; impersonating another person; or otherwise deceiving jelibd or other players.
• Money Laundering: Using the jelibd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner designed to conceal their origin. jelibd is committed to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing cards, signals, or account access in multiplayer or live dealer environments.
• Unauthorised Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other software tool to gain an unfair advantage, circumvent security measures, or access the platform in a manner not authorised by jelibd.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith after having used the deposited funds for gambling. Chargeback abuse will result in account closure and recovery action.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, low-risk hedging strategies, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform.
• Interference: Attempting to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the jelibd platform, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the jelibd platform by any person under the age of 18.

jelibd employs advanced fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and behavioural analysis tools to identify prohibited conduct. Players who are suspected of engaging in prohibited activities may have their accounts restricted, suspended, or closed without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. jelibd's decisions in such matters are final, subject to any dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

jelibd offers a diverse library of casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets. Each game and betting market is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant betting page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to matters directly related to gameplay, while these Terms shall govern all other matters including account management, payments, and conduct.

Random Number Generator (RNG) Certification

All non-live casino games on the jelibd platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our game providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any external factor. jelibd does not modify RNG-controlled game outcomes under any circumstances.

Live Casino Games

Live casino games are provided by third-party suppliers, principally Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and are streamed from professionally operated studios. The rules governing live games are those of the respective game supplier. jelibd is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by network connectivity issues on the player's side; in the event of a technical interruption on the supplier's side, bets will be settled in accordance with the supplier's published interruption policy.

Sports Betting

Betting markets on cricket — including BPL fixtures, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments — are governed by jelibd's sports betting rules, published separately. Minimum bet stake is ৳100. Odds are displayed in decimal format. jelibd reserves the right to suspend or void betting markets in the event of match irregularities, data errors, or suspected integrity breaches, in accordance with our sports integrity policy.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or game interruption that affects the integrity or outcome of a game, jelibd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. Any bets or winnings that result from a clearly erroneous display of odds, payouts, or game results due to a technical error are void and will not be honoured.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may close your jelibd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be fulfilled, or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

Closure by jelibd

jelibd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an account.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed without legitimate justification.
• Concerns regarding the player's mental health or gambling behaviour, including at the player's own request under the self-exclusion programme.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed by jelibd due to a breach of these Terms, jelibd reserves the right to withhold any or all of the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Funds will be returned to the player if the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred. If wrongdoing is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is causing harm to themselves or others may request a voluntary self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent exclusion are available. Once a self-exclusion is activated, jelibd will take all reasonable steps to prevent access to the account for the duration of the exclusion period.
